Simply press in the button on the right hand side on the connecting plate [hang up cup], lift up and take the old cradle off, and then put the new cradle in its place. It's quick, easy and best of all No Re-installation fees.

Tips for Blackberry users:

  • When pairing the cradle with the phone for the first time, your Blackberry will ask for a passcode - Answer: 1234
  • In Bluetoooth settings make sure the bluetooth connection is NOT encrypted, otherwise you might experience connection problems
