Christmas opening times:
Due to difficulties in maintaining 98% stock
levels and to ensure that we offer a high level of service, our last shipping
day before Christmas is the Friday 18th December however orders made by the 15th
of December are advised. For international orders, including the
Republic of
Ireland, the last shipping date is the
15th December.

No Quibble - Christmas gift return
policy
Christmas gifts are an
important part of Our business and at this time of year we extend our
14 day return policy to: Any order made from the 1st of December to
the 18th of December, which has been unused and unopened [i.e. in an
as new condition]and can be returned to us by the 14th of January. As
we offer free shipping, returns are subject to a postage charge, where multiple
items have been purchased of which 1 item has been returned, then a full refund
for that item will be given.
